These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NumberBondz mobile app and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Adventor Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using NumberBondz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • NumberBondz is an educational game designed to help users (mainly children) practise and improve their maths skills through number bond activities.

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

  • Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the NumberBondz app and website (including graphics, text, design, and code) is owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our written permission.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • If the app offers in-app purchases or paid features, all fees are displayed before checkout and processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.

  • All purchases are final unless required otherwise by law.

  • By using NumberBondz, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
